Customs clearance is carried out by an express carrier in accordance with Article 236 of the CCU. of the CCU by submitting registers (temporary and/or additional) of international express shipments.<br /><br /> In case of a request from the customs during customs control and for the purpose of declaration in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, the client must provide the necessary documents (for example, confirmation of the value of the goods, copies of the passport, etc.) within the time limits specified by the customs.
A vámkezelést a nemzetközi expresszszállítmányok (ideiglenes és/vagy kiegészítő) nyilvántartásának benyújtásával egy expressz fuvarozó végzi a vámeljárást a Vámkódex 236. cikkével összhangban.<br /><br /> A vámellenőrzés során a vámhatóság kérésére és az Ukrajna hatályos jogszabályaiban foglalt követelményeknek megfelelő bejelentés céljából az ügyfélnek a vámhatóság által meghatározott határidőn belül be kell nyújtania a szükséges dokumentumokat (pl. az áru értékének igazolása, útlevélmásolat stb.).
